Ann Couch, CPA was graduated
magna cum laude from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science
Degree in Accountancy. She launched her accounting
practice in 1981 after working as an auditor for a "Big Eight" accounting firm. Ann's firm provides accounting,
consulting and practice management services to clients in the healthcare
field. She has assisted numerous
professionals in establishing their healthcare practices based on solid
business and accounting principles. Once the practice is established
progress is closely monitored to ensure continued success and adherence
to the procedures implemented. Ann is a periodic contributor to
the Roundup magazine, authoring several articles on practice management. She is a member of the Arizona
Society of CPAs and past president of Entrepreneurial CPAs Network.
Sara Eversden, CPA has over fifteen years of diverse healthcare
experience including physician practice management, patient accounting,
Big Four professional services and business process analysis. Sara started her career as a
business consultant at a "Big Four" accounting firm. Her experience also
includes 6 years with the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale as a practice
manager, project manager and process engineer. Sara then spent three years
providing accounting services to small and medium size medical groups
while working for a local accounting firm and then established her own
accounting and consulting practice in 2008. Sara is a member of the Arizona
Society of CPAs, Medical Group Management Association and Healthcare
Financial Management Association.
